What I saw over and over: good people making poor financial decisions — not because they weren't smart, but because the information wasn't accessible. The banks know everything. The customer often knows very little.
I come from a family of teachers. Sharing knowledge isn't just what I do — it's who I am. So I left banking to build something different.
